Acceptance of terms
By using AllSpends, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an AllSpends account, be able to enter into a binding agreement where you live, and provide accurate account information. By creating an account or completing the eligibility confirmation, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. AllSpends does not offer a child or minor account or parental-consent workflow.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Permitted use
You may use AllSpends for lawful personal-finance organization, planning, and information purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, use the product to violate law, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits it.
Statement imports
If you use statement import, you authorize AllSpends to process the selected PDF or CSV in your browser so you can review extracted transactions before saving them. You are responsible for selecting files you are authorized to use and for reviewing the imported records. AllSpends may exclude or reclassify transfers, card payments, duplicate entries, refunds, and other transaction types to reduce double-counting. Direct bank connections are planned for a future release and are not part of the current launch product.
Financial information disclaimer
AllSpends is not a bank, brokerage, accounting firm, tax advisor, investment advisor, or financial advisor. Product information is for general informational and personal-finance organization purposes only.
AI-generated information
The financial assistant may generate summaries or suggestions based on the context provided to it. AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You remain responsible for reviewing information and making financial decisions.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you enter, for checking reports and outputs before relying on them, and for maintaining copies of records you need outside the service.
Subscription and paid features
AllSpends offers different access levels, including Free, Trial, and Pro-oriented features. Feature availability can depend on your current entitlement and may change as the product evolves. Paid checkout is only available when billing is enabled in the application; seeing a Pro feature, trial, or upgrade screen does not by itself create a charge.
Trials
Eligible new accounts may receive a five-day Pro trial. No payment card is required merely to start the trial. Trial access is offered at our discretion and ends automatically when the trial period expires unless another entitlement applies. A trial does not guarantee that paid billing is currently available or that a future plan will have the same features.
Advertising
The Free experience may display advertising where advertising services are enabled. Trial or Pro access may suppress those ads according to the current plan configuration. Advertising availability, placement, and provider behavior can change as the product evolves.
Cancellation
When paid plans are available, you may cancel renewal through the billing controls provided in AllSpends. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively erase charges already processed or end access before the paid period expires unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or expressly offered for a specific purchase, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once processed. If you believe you were charged in error, contact AllSpends promptly so the charge can be reviewed.
Intellectual property
AllSpends and its product content, design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or our branding.
Third-party services
The service uses third-party providers, including Supabase for authentication and data services, Google for optional Google sign-in and certain analytics or advertising functions, OpenAI for optional Mira functionality, Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for anti-abuse verification, and Stripe for billing infrastructure where enabled. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices.
Availability and modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of AllSpends as the product evolves. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Account suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time. If you delete your account, any renewable paid subscription must be canceled first. AllSpends will delete user-owned application data associated with the account, subject to information that AllSpends or third-party providers must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, security, or accounting obligations.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllSpends is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllSpends will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for financial decisions made using the service.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold AllSpends harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
Governing terms
The governing law and venue for disputes will be specified when an operating legal entity and applicable jurisdiction are established. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
