Five-day Pro trial
Eligible new accounts may receive a five-day Pro trial. No payment card is required merely to start the trial. The trial ends automatically when the trial period expires unless another entitlement applies. Trial availability may change and the trial itself does not create a paid subscription or charge.
Paid billing
When paid subscriptions are enabled, the checkout screen will show the price, billing interval, and applicable plan details before you confirm payment. Payments are processed through our billing provider.
Renewal
A renewable paid subscription continues for the selected billing interval until it is canceled. Any renewal timing and amount shown at checkout or in the billing portal control the applicable renewal.
Cancellation
When you have an active renewable paid subscription, you may cancel renewal through the billing controls provided by AllSpends. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, paid access remains available through the end of the already-paid period. Account deletion may require renewal to be canceled first.
Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or expressly offered for a specific purchase, charges are generally non-refundable once processed. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly so the charge can be reviewed.
Account deletion and billing
Deleting an AllSpends account does not substitute for canceling an active renewable subscription. The product may require you to cancel renewal first so future charges are not left active after account deletion.
Changes
We may update this policy as billing features, plan structures, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted here.
